Will Ohio Revoke Any OSB License Over Event-Contract Activity by March 31?
Rules: This market will resolve to “Yes” if any online sports betting provider licensed in Ohio has its license officially revoked for any period of time by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Qualifying circumstances include the Ohio Casino Control Commission revoking a Type A license and explicitly citing event-contract activity as a basis for disciplinary action under the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 3775. A revocation will not qualify if the action is clearly unrelated to event-contract issues. The primary resolution source will be official information from the Ohio State Government and the Ohio Casino Control Commission; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
