I see the potential in Fannie Mae going public before 2027, despite the hurdles. With the Trump administration's interest, it feels like a game of financial poker—high stakes and a wild card could change everything. Plus, wouldn’t it be fun to see the market shake things up a bit?

Given the regulatory hurdles and the ongoing conservatorship, it feels like waiting for Fannie Mae's IPO is like waiting for a bus that never arrives. As a finance professional, I just can't see them pulling it off before 2027.

Given the current regulatory maze and conservatorship drama, betting on Fannie Mae's IPO by 2026 feels like trying to find a needle in a haystack. As a finance pro, I see more hurdles than opportunities, so I’m not holding my breath!
